Your portal is all about making your experience booking with us easy and convenient. Once you have created your account, you will be able to:

  • Manage lessons for the whole family

  • Book an assessment if you are new to us

  • Report absences if there's a class you can't attend

  • Book your own make ups

  • Review your child's progress

  • Set up automatic payments

  • Change the day or time of your lesson

  • Login in and make changes anytime

 

NEW TO US?

Please register your family through our booking system. We may need to assess your child prior to placing them in a class, so we can ensure they are swimming at the right level.

Is your child under 4yrs?
Contact us and we will find the right class for you and your child. In some cases you may be able to book in directly. Star cluster, star party, asteroid, eclipse classes you can book direct online.

Is your child over 5yrs?
Register and book an assessment through the portal.

 

HOW DO I:

  • 1. Click on the ‘Change Day & Time’ button

    2. Select the child you want to move

    3. The timetable for the course is displayed

    4. Choose the booking that suits you best

    5. Select your starting date

    6. Click “Confirm First Session’

    7. Click ‘Confirm new Date & Time’

  • 1. Click on bookings at the top of the page

    2. Click on ‘View Details ’ for the day and time you can’t attend

    3. Click on “Unable to attend”

    4. Then click on “Confirm”

    5. You will see the booking has been cancelled for the nominated day

    6. Click on “Make Booking”

    7. Choose the person the make up voucher will be for

    8. Select a make up lesson day and time

    9. Then click on “Make Booking

  • Click on the People Tab

    2. All the family will be displayed along with Health Records

    3. You can update your Contact Details by clicking on ‘Update Contact Details’

 FAQs

  • If you're a current customer you must register for the portal using the same email address as we have on our system. If you can't see the details you have possibly created a duplicate account so please check in with the office at your pool, who can help to fix this.

  • You can only book make up lessons up up to 7 days in advance, and when there are no fees owed.

  • The portal will only let you 'cancel' lessons (i.e. report an absence) up to 28 days in advance.

  • The 'Change Day & Time' button is for permanent changes only. To change a class time for one week only, you need to click on the date you can't attend in 'Upcoming Bookings' and click 'Unable to Attend'. This will create you a Make Up Voucher from which you can book into another class as a make up.

  • You need to contact the office at your pool to cancel lessons. Please note: 2 weeks notice is required to stop lessons.

  • Go to Billing and 'show closed invoices'. This will show you all invoices that have been paid and the dates and by what payment method. Any outstanding invoices are shown at the top of the Billing page.

  • Our system charges by calendar month and the fees are due on the 1st e.g. if it says 1/11/18 that means the amount shown is for November lessons. If you start lessons part way through a month it will show the date of the first lesson e.g. 21/10/18.

  • Unfortunately not as the portal isn't built as an app. You can, however load it as a shortcut onto your home screen of your phone or tablet for easy, quick access, here's how.
